According to the plan, the goal by 2030, Dong Nai province maintains the rate of talents attracted and valued to work in state agencies and units reaching 100% (in the first 5 years); The rate of human resources trained and fostered in the fields of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation reaches 30% by 2026, and reaches 60% by 2050.
Strive to arrange the proportion of officials with expertise and experience in science and technology, science and technology (including information technology and digital transformation) in the leadership team (department level upwards) of state agencies and units, aiming to reach at least 25%.

Including special recruitment without exams for young scientists under 47 years old (Associate Professor, Professor or with a PhD degree) or leading experts with outstanding achievements.
