Established on March 19, 1954 with 100% state capital, Precision Mechanical Company Limited 11 (Z111 Factory), under the General Department of Defense Industry, in Hoang Phu Commune, Thanh Hoa Province, always strictly complies with the Labor Code and Recruitment Regulations.

In recent years, the company has always focused on recruiting workers, especially those with high skills. Currently, more than 90% of the company's employees are indefinite-term contracts.
