The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just sent a document to the Government Office and the Ministry of Construction regarding the registration of 5 large-scale projects and works to start construction and inaugurate to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Accordingly, the Phan Dinh Phung High School project in Thanh Sen ward will be inaugurated. This project has a total investment of 120 billion VND, and was started in May 2024. This is a school with 80 years of establishment.
Ha Tinh province has also started 4 major projects. That is the Vinhomes Vung Ang Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project invested by Vinhomes Ha Tinh Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project has a land use scale of 964.84 hectares, with a total investment of VND 13,276.491 billion. The project implementation location is the central industrial park of lots CN4, CN5 of Vung Ang Economic Zone. The project's operation period is 70 years from the date the project is approved for investment policy and the investor is approved.
Currently, the project has cleared more than 60 hectares of land, ensuring conditions for organizing the groundbreaking ceremony.
The social housing pilot project in Thach Linh ward is invested by the Ha Tinh Development Investment Fund with a total investment of 550 billion VND.
The project has a total floor area of over 46,200m2 with 3 12-storey buildings, over 500 apartments; 41 3-storey commercial houses with traffic system, trees, sports and physical training grounds, parking lots and other technical infrastructure according to the plan.
The Cua Sot Sea Square Construction Project in Loc Ha Commune has a total investment of 79.76 billion VND, invested by the Provincial Agricultural and Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Cua Tot Beach Square was built to create a project to organize festivals, open sea tourism, entertainment, create attraction, promote the image of beautiful beaches to tourists, contributing to promoting tourism development.
Starting construction of the resettlement area of the high-speed railway project on the North - South axis in Lien Vinh village, Ha Huy Tap ward. This resettlement area has a scale of about 4.9 hectares, expected to form 85 plots of land with an area of 150 - 300 m2.
