On August 13, the Board of Directors of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward) announced the holiday schedule and bonus on September 2.
According to the announcement, after discussing and agreeing with the Executive Board of the Trade Union, the Board of Directors of the Company informed all employees that they will have a National Day holiday on September 2 and receive full salary (from September 1 to September 2).
Regarding the September 2 holiday bonus, the bonus is 1 day's salary, calculated according to the basic salary and production support allowance (if any) of August 2025.
The bonus beneficiaries are all employees who joined the company before August 15, 2025 and will continue to work until the bonus date (August 29).
The Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company also organized a Trade Union Meal on August 19 to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, celebrating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The Union meal is for all 35,000 workers, each meal is worth 50,000 VND, including dishes such as fried chicken thighs, pork ribs, vegetables, egg soup, cakes and bird's nest water.
The grassroots union also organizes activities such as: Giving gifts to all union members and workers each with a bottle of cooking oil of 2 liters and 4 cups of milk; Giving difficult support to 10 union members in difficult circumstances, worth 10 million VND/gift; Giving support to 40 union members with relatives with serious illnesses, each worth 3 million VND;
Awarded 100 scholarships to union members' children who overcome difficulties to rise up, each worth 1 million VND; lucky draw with 1,000 prizes is voucher 200,000 VND/tournament.
In particular, the Labor Union Members' Heart Connection and Support Fund will support 4 union members with serious illnesses, worth 70 million VND/case.
Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company also said that the Trade Union Meal and the above activities are a deep gratitude of the Trade Union and the Board of Directors of the Company for 35,000 TKG TaeKwang Vina employees.
