On March 28, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) held a conference of labor delegates in 2025.
Currently, the company has nearly 2,400 employees. Of which, 1,987 people are direct workers. The average income of cadres, employees and workers is 7.56 million VND/person/month.
Workers' salaries and bonuses are paid in full and on time. The policies on sickness insurance and maternity insurance are implemented by enterprises in accordance with regulations.

According to the company's grassroots union, in 2024, the departmental unions have actively cared for and protected the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Through assessment, the lives of workers, especially ethnic minorities, have been increasingly improved.
Mr. Nguyen Minh, General Director of Dakruco, said that over the past 3 years, we have boldly transformed production and business activities to overcome difficulties.
"In 2025, the company will take advantage of opportunities, closely monitor market developments to find partners and expand customers for rubber products. We will promote the marketing and export of rubber latex with FSC-FM/CoC certification" - Mr. Minh emphasized.

According to Mr. Minh, the company will complete the procedures for purchasing latex, arrange capital in accordance with the market situation, and strive to complete the raw material purchase plan in 2025.
Thereby, ensuring stable growth in production and business activities and full payment of salaries and bonuses to workers.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap, Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor, highly appreciated the efforts of Dakruco's board of directors in overcoming difficulties and improving business operations.
Thanks to that, workers have stable income and are fully covered by insurance. Programs such as "Union Shelter", support for breeding cows... have helped many workers in difficult circumstances stabilize their lives.
In 2025, Dakruco will continue to work with banks to restructure short-term and long-term loans to serve rubber replanting.
In addition, the company borrowed capital to invest in a coffee intercropping rubber growing project at Cu Mgar Farm Branch and converted the jackfruit garden to growing durian at Cu Bao Farm Branch.
In particular, Dakruco commits to fully paying budget and regime debts to staff and employees.
