As a coal underground production unit, with a management scope of more than 40km2 and a system of factories and warehouses with potential fire and explosion risks, Mao Khe Coal Company - TKV determines that improving the response capacity of local forces is a mandatory and urgent requirement.
This training program aims to meet legal regulations, strengthen situation handling skills, enhance reflexes and the sense of responsibility of workers in ensuring production safety.
The training class is organized in a focused form, combining theory and practice.
In the theoretical part, officers of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Quang Ninh Provincial Police) disseminated current legal regulations; guided the identification of fire and explosion risks typical of the coal industry; and deployed proactive fire prevention measures.
Equipping fire fighting, rescue and relief tactics and escape skills in harsh conditions and limited space.

After the theory part, students participate in practicing simulated fire situations; practicing escape techniques and proficiently using on-site fire fighting equipment, especially fire extinguishers.
The training activity contributes to concretizing the "4 on-the-spot" motto in PCCC and CNCH work at the unit; helping workers improve their self-protection skills, protect property, proactively respond to incidents; thereby contributing to ensuring production safety, stabilizing operations and maintaining the growth momentum of the coal industry.
