Right from the beginning of the year, the District Labor Federation has developed a plan to direct grassroots unions based on the actual situation of the unit to have a plan to commend exemplary families of workers and civil servants.
The grassroots trade unions have organized for union members, workers and civil servants to review and evaluate typical examples from the trade union group. On the occasion of Vietnam Family Day on June 28, grassroots trade unions organized awards at the unit and voted for outstanding families to propose awards at the district and city levels.
To have more grounds to evaluate the Typical Workers' and Civil Servants' families, grassroots trade unions combine with the results of emulation movements for Good Workers, Creative Workers, actively participating in social activities... especially the movements "Good at public work - Good at home work", "Good at work mother - Good at studying" among female workers and civil servants. These emulation movements have promoted the potential strengths of female workers and civil servants. Through the movement "Good at public work - Good at housework" associated with the movement "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", female workers and civil servants in the district always practice, cultivate ethics, and preserve the qualities of Vietnamese women, overcome all difficulties to build a family home, raise healthy children, teach good children, and study well.
The concern for the lives and jobs of union members, workers and civil servants is also demonstrated through loan projects to create more jobs, increase income, and develop the family economy. Through their specific activities, trade union organizations at all levels have contributed to enriching the material and spiritual life of the team of workers and civil servants. In 2025, the District Labor Federation coordinated with the Capital Workers' and Civil Servants' Capital Support Fund to disburse at 3 units to 36 union members with an amount of 1.45 billion VND.
