Information from Can Tho University, in a joyful and exciting atmosphere towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day (September 2), especially in the context of Can Tho University officially becoming Can Tho University, the unit's grassroots Trade Union recently organized the Preliminary Round of the Contest "Telling the story of the ideological, ethical and stylistic example of Ho Chi Minh and the artistic talent of the CTU Trade Union in 2025".
As the 3rd time it was held, the contest has gradually become a traditional cultural and artistic playground for union members, civil servants and workers at Can Tho University.
Accordingly, this year's contest attracted 48 performances in the genres of storytelling, singing, dancing, classical music, dance, folk dance, etc. Notably, storytelling about the ideological, moral and stylistic example of Ho Chi Minh was included in the contest for the first time.
With careful preparation from the Organizing Committee and contestants, the contest not only brings the audience unique performances, rich in meaning and humanity, but also leaves a beautiful mark, contributing to building a rich spiritual and cultural life, nurturing the soul, arousing creativity, love for work and learning among students, union members and workers.
Thereby, together building Can Tho University to develop sustainably, worthy of its position as a leading center for training and scientific research, effectively serving the cause of building, defending the Fatherland and developing the Mekong Delta.
