Pension payment schedule for November 2025 according to regulations
Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 8 of the Procedure issued with Decision 2222/QD-BHXH in 2025, the Procedure for settling pension benefits is stipulated.
Pursuant to Point 2.2 Clause 2 Article 7 of the Procedure attached to Decision 2222/QD-BHXH in 2025, which stipulates Responsibilities in settling beneficiaries and making payment lists.
Accordingly, based on the lists and data on the system resolved by the grassroots social insurance, updated and sent according to Section 2.2.1 Point 2.1 Clause 2, Article 7 of the Procedure attached to Decision 2222/QD-BHXH in 2025 to pay pensions and social insurance benefits along with one-time allowances (if any) in the whole province for beneficiaries in the following forms: Payment via personal account, payment directly in cash.
The pension payment schedule for November 2025 is implemented according to regulations:
Payment via personal account: Organize monthly pension and social insurance allowance payment via personal account at the regional social insurance. No later than the 5th of each month, the KHTC Department transfers money to the beneficiary's personal account.
Cash payment: Organize monthly pension and social insurance allowance payment to beneficiaries in cash through the payment service organization system under the signed contract.
Payment at payment points: From the 02 - 10th of the month, payment is organized at least 6 hours/day at all payment points;
Only end the payment before the 10th for points that have paid all beneficiaries according to the list sent by the Social Insurance agency.
From the 11th of the month, continue to pay at payment points that are transaction points of payment service organizations until the 25th of the month.
Strictly implement the preparation, control, and approval of electronic payment orders before the 1st of the payment month to ensure payment time according to schedule.
Thus, the pension payment schedule for November 2025 is detailed as follows:
Payment at payment point
From November 3, 2025 to November 10, 2025 of the month, organize payment at least 6 hours/day at all payment points (due to the payment schedule falling on Sunday, the payment schedule will be postponed to Monday, November 3, 2025);
Only end the payment before the 10th for points that have paid all beneficiaries according to the list sent by the Social Insurance agency.
Payment at transaction points of payment service organizations
From the 11th of the month, continue to pay at payment points that are transaction points of payment service organizations until the 25th of the month.
Note: In case the payment date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the payment date will be the next working day.
However, depending on the situation of each locality, the Social Insurance will adjust the pension payment schedule for November 2025 accordingly.
To receive the pension in November smoothly, beneficiaries need to ensure that personal information has been updated accurately, especially the citizen identification number (CCCD).
Update and adjust beneficiary information according to CCCD
Deploy reviewing and updating beneficiary information according to CCCD for cases where beneficiaries of monthly pensions and social insurance benefits have not updated their CCCD, beneficiary information does not match the information according to CCCD, personal information between inconsistent social insurance industry databases according to the instructions of Vietnam Social Insurance in Decision 686/QD-BHXH dated May 29, 2024, Official Letter 2430/BHXH-CSXH dated July 19, 2024, Official Letter 1182/BHXH-CSXH dated June 17, 2025; complete in July 2025.
In case there is no CCCD or the information does not match the Social Insurance system, it is necessary to quickly update according to the instructions.
Those who cannot receive their pension on their own can exercise legal authorization to let relatives receive money on their behalf.
