On May 31, the Da Nang City Labor Federation held a dialogue and legal advice conference for union members, workers and civil servants at all levels of the city's trade unions in 2025.
This is an annual activity of the Da Nang City Labor Federation to equip employees with knowledge to protect themselves as well as increase self-awareness, strict compliance with the law with the goal of preventing and limiting labor disputes, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises and units.
The conference was chaired by leaders of the Social Insurance of Region XXII, the City Department of Home Affairs, the City Department of Construction and the Da Nang City Branch of the Social Policy Bank.
The dialogue was held at the Cam Le District Administrative Center with the participation of nearly 300 union members and workers from grassroots unions at all levels of the Da Nang City Trade Union.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Van Dai, Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, said that the program aims to advise and promptly resolve problems in implementing policies and regimes for employees at agencies, units and enterprises; at the same time, promote and improve employees' understanding of legal knowledge.
After more than 2 hours of dialogue, the Organizing Committee answered more than 30 questions from union members and workers revolving around problems related to the Labor Code, Trade Union Law, Social Insurance Law, Health Insurance Law, Employment Law; issues on housing, loans to solve the needs of social life; employment issues, vocational training and the latest policies of the Central and City Party Committee related to the political system and Trade Union organizations...
On this occasion, the Da Nang City Labor Federation presented 20 support gifts to 20 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total value of 46 million VND on the occasion of Workers' Month in 2025.
