On the afternoon of March 14, the Da Nang City Labor Federation organized a training conference on the use of collective labor agreement management software for affiliated grassroots unions.
The labor agreement management software was developed by the City Labor Federation in coordination with VNPT of Da Nang City with the aim of aiming at digital transformation in the management of agreement documents, transparent disclosure, long-term storage and easy lookup.
At the conference, delegates were deployed with general information on the software for managing collective labor agreements, instructions on how to use the functions, general management systems, and the registration of collective labor agreements of grassroots trade unions; scoring and promulgating agreements of the appraisal council, professional committees, and trade unions at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the City Labor Federation Le Van Dai said that the collective labor agreement is formed on the basis of negotiation and agreement between the collective labor and the employer.
Therefore, the signed agreement is a source of regulations supplementing the provisions of labor law at the unit to help improve the status of employees, creating conditions for more favorable agreements than those prescribed by law in terms of both rights and working conditions.
