Health care for female union officials in Da Nang

Da Nang - On March 6, the Lien Chieu District Labor Federation organized a free cancer screening and examination program for female union officials.

On the occasion of the 115th anniversary of the International Women's Day on March 8, the Labor Federation of Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City organized a free cancer screening, testing and screening program for female union officials in the district.

The program is implemented under the Union Member Welfare program between the Lien Chieu District Labor Federation and Medlatec Da Nang Company Limited. The program is danhated to more than 100 female union officials at grassroots unions and affiliated grassroots unions.

The program took place at the Hall of the Lien Chieu District Administrative Center (168 Nguyen Sinh Sac, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City). In this program, the Lien Chieu District Labor Federation supported a testing package worth 305,000 VND/person, including GOT-GPT test (assessment of liver function), cholesterol test (assessment of blood lipid disorder) and choose 1 of 2 tests: CA 15-3 ( imprint of breast cancer) or CA 125 ( imprint of ovarian cancer).

Union officials can also register for other service examination packages and pay for themselves.

The Lien Chieu District Labor Federation also encourages grassroots unions to widely deploy the program to cadres and union members.
