On the afternoon of December 7, the Da Nang City Labor Federation honored "Enterprises that take good care of workers' lives" and commended "Good workers, creative workers".
There are 14 enterprises that take good care of workers' lives, 29 individuals with good and creative workers were honored and awarded certificates of merit by the People's Committee of Da Nang city in this period.
In 2024, the City Labor Federation focused on directing trade unions at all levels to improve the quality and effectiveness of trade union activities, care for, represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
Trade unions at all levels, union members and workers throughout the city have united, made efforts and creatively implemented trade union activities, achieving many results.
Activities to take care of the practical benefits of union members and workers are implemented by unions at all levels in coordination with businesses in many creative ways, linking care for material life with improving spiritual life.
From there, workers actively participate in building and developing businesses through emulation movements such as good workers, creative workers, good consultants, and good service.
Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh, President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation said: Workers are an important resource of agencies, units and enterprises.
Therefore, taking care of the living conditions and working environment is not only a way for units and enterprises in Da Nang city to retain union members and employees, but also helps increase productivity and work efficiency, creating motivation for units and enterprises to develop quickly and sustainably.
In response to that concern, many union members and workers have been enthusiastic in their work and production, being the core of patriotic emulation movements, focusing on the movement "Good workers, Creative workers", promoting initiatives, improving techniques, contributing with agencies, units and enterprises to overcome all difficulties, exceeding the tasks and targets set for the year.
In particular, along with the work of caring for workers, in recent years the movement "Good workers, creative workers" has also been widely deployed by trade unions at all levels to a large number of union members and workers.
From this movement, hundreds of technical innovation initiatives have been applied to practical work, bringing hundreds of billions of dong in benefits to businesses, bringing high efficiency in labor production.
