News from the Da Nang City Civil Servants' Union on December 25 said that this unit has just coordinated with the Da Nang City Social Policy Bank to disburse nearly 4 billion VND in preferential loans for union members according to Resolution No. 33/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 30, 2024 of the City People's Council.
This time, 40 cadres and civil servants with difficult circumstances working in agencies and units with grassroots trade unions under the City Civil Servants' Trade Union were given preferential loans to solve difficulties and develop their family economy.
The maximum loan amount is 100 million VND/person. The maximum loan term is 120 months, the loan interest rate is equal to the loan interest rate for poor households in each period.
Since the beginning of the year, the Da Nang City Social Policy Bank has disbursed loans to 267 officials and civil servants with an amount of nearly 26 billion VND. The total outstanding loan balance of the program has reached more than 64 billion VND/ 868 officials and civil servants.
