The working delegation of the special zone leaders, led by Mr. Cao Tuong Huy - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of the Van Don Special Zone, came to aquaculture areas in the Van Don sea area to check the situation of voters who are fishermen participating in the election.
At aquaculture raft houses, the working delegation directly exchanged and disseminated basic contents related to the election; emphasized the meaning and importance of the country's important political event; the rights and responsibilities of citizens in participating in the election; and at the same time provided information about the time and location of the vote and the provisions of the law on elections.
Through direct propaganda, many fishermen better understand the rights and obligations of voters, thereby proactively arranging work to participate in voting fully and in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, the Van Don Special Zone Trade Union organized a conference to propagate and discuss biographies of candidates for the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term to union members of Van Don Investment and Tourism Development Joint Stock Company, Van Don Investment and Development Joint Stock Company - Van Don International Airport and union members of Van Don Fisheries Trade Union.
The conference was chaired by Ms. Le Thi Net - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Van Don Special Zone.
At the conference, leaders of the Special Zone Trade Union informed union members about the meaning and importance of the election; and at the same time introduced an overview of the biographies, working process, capacity and qualifications of candidates. Thereby helping officials and union members better understand the rights and responsibilities of voters in selecting typical, virtuous, and talented delegates who represent the will and aspirations of the people.

The talk show took place in an open and frank atmosphere. Many trade union members exchanged and raised opinions on socio-economic development, investment environment, tourism, transport infrastructure and the lives and jobs of workers in Van Don.
Propaganda and dialogue activities to raise awareness and responsibility of trade union members, workers and fishermen in participating in elections; and at the same time create a forum for voters to exchange and send their thoughts and aspirations to candidates, contributing to good preparation for election day.
