In particular, effectively participating with employers in building and implementing grassroots democracy regulations; organizing dialogues at the workplace according to regulations; negotiating, signing, and supplementing collective labor agreements with more beneficial provisions for union members and workers. Participate in supervising the implementation of legal regulations related to labor contracts, wages, working hours, rest hours and participate in full social insurance contributions.
Along with that, the company's Trade Union creates forms of propaganda, gradually raising awareness and sense of law compliance among workers. The programs: "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", giving gifts to union members in difficult circumstances... have been effectively implemented, gradually improving the material and spiritual life of union members.
Speaking at the congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that the Executive Committee of the new Fukang Company's Trade Union focus on implementing well a number of key tasks, including continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on union members and workers; building a strong Trade Union organization, truly a reliable support for workers.
Promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of employees, proactively coordinate with the Board of Directors of the company in developing salary, bonus, and welfare policies to improve the lives of employees.
Promote patriotic emulation movements among union members, workers and laborers, associated with the completion of the company's production and business goals and sustainable development of the province.

At the congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to appoint an Executive Committee of 19 comrades; the Inspection Committee of 3 comrades. Ms. Nguyen Thi Luy was appointed as the union president.
