Mr. Do Van Tung (Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi) - a customer waiting to buy gold rings - shared that he came here at 8am to queue.

Many people arrived earlier than me, they lined up from 7am. Gold prices are adjusting down compared to last week, so I want to buy them as savings. Currently, the shop is still hanging a sign out of gold, so I don't know when they will sell it" - Mr. Tung said.

He added that at the store where he is waiting, although it has not opened for sale, the staff informed that each customer can only register to buy once per 5 days, depending on the amount of gold sold per day.

"If I can't buy it today, I will come back another day to continue waiting" - Mr. Tung said.

Similarly, Ms. Le Thi Minh Van (Hai Ba Trung ward, Hanoi) also sought to buy gold to store at a gold shop on Tran Nhan Tong street (Hanoi).

"I buy gold as savings. However, I waited for more than an hour, not knowing if I could buy it or not" - Ms. Van said.

While many people are lining up to buy, many people are anxiously selling when the price of gold is constantly falling.

Mr. Le Trung Kien (Bach Mai ward, Hanoi) said he has been to Tran Nhan Tong street several times since last week. He is hesitating between keeping or selling gold.

"I have bought some gold since the end of 2024, relatives advised me to sell, but I am still hesitant. At this store, the number of customers lining up to buy is very large, almost no one is selling, making me even more hesitant" - Mr. Kien expressed.

As of 11:10 a.m., DOJI Group listed the price of SJC gold bars at 145.7,2 million VND/tael (buy - sell), down 1.9 million VND/tael for buying and down 1.7 million VND/tael for selling compared to yesterday morning.

The price of SJC gold bars was listed by Bao Tin Minh Chau at 145.6-146.6 million VND/tael (buy - sell), down 2.3 million VND/tael for buying and down 1.7 million VND/tael for selling compared to yesterday morning.

At the same time, DOJI Group listed the price of gold rings at 144.4-147 million VND/tael (buy - sell), down 1.9 million VND/tael for buying and down 1.8 million VND/tael for selling compared to yesterday morning.

Bao Tin Minh Chau listed the price of gold rings at 147.9-150.9 million VND/tael (buy - sell), down 1.6 million VND/tael in both directions compared to yesterday morning.

At 10:54, the world gold price was listed around 3,992 USD/ounce.
