Initial information, at around 8:00 a.m. on October 28, a fire broke out at house number 10, lane 78, Quang Tien street (Tay Mo ward, Hanoi).
Witness at the scene said that after discovering the incident, many people shouted to each other to find a way to save the victims, but the smoke was too thick so no one could approach it.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department - Hanoi City Police mobilized officers, soldiers and vehicles to the scene to put out the fire.
After about 30 minutes, the fire was basically extinguished, and the authorities brought the deceased victim out.
The cause of the incident is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
