The 6th Congress of the Trade Union of Ebara Vietnam Pumping Company Limited (Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Phong City) for the 2025-2030 term has officially ended with many positive signs, marking an important milestone in the company's Trade Union activities. The event is also identified as an important preparation step towards the 1st Hai Phong City Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
According to the program and report submitted to the congress, the organizing committee and delegates together summarized the results achieved in the past term; at the same time, discussed and proposed orientations and opinions to continue to better care for the lives of workers in the coming time. The summary and orientation are considered one of the key contents of the congress.
Another important content of the congress is to conduct the election of the 6th Executive Committee of the Trade Union. The new Executive Committee was elected to take on the role of representing, organizing and implementing Trade Union activities in the 2025-2030 term, representing the voice and aspirations of the company's employees.
