On September 15, according to Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term marked a fundamental change in the model and organization in the new era.
With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the congress is tasked with summarizing and evaluating the implementation of the congress's resolutions of the past term.
At the same time, propose the direction of operation for the new term, amend and supplement the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; elect a new term union executive committee.
Regarding the time of holding the congress, for commune, ward, and special zone trade unions, grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions, the congress will be held after the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the commune and ward levels and completed before October 31, 2025.
The grassroots trade union, grassroots trade union, member grassroots trade union, departmental trade union, and general trade union will hold a congress and be completed before December 31, 2025.
The official congress time is no more than 1 session, encouraged to be associated with the summary of trade union work in 2025 of the unit and enterprise.
Regarding the Khanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress, it will be held after the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and completed before December 31, 2025. The Congress period shall not exceed 2 sessions.
