On the morning of December 17, Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation held a press conference to inform about preparations and contents related to the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
By October 31, the whole province had 11/11 trade unions of communes and wards in special zones having completed the organization of the Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, achieving 100% of the set plan.
The direction and organization of grassroots trade union congresses, commune, ward and special zone trade unions are implemented synchronously, on schedule, ensuring the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Currently, the Provincial Trade Union directly manages 949 grassroots trade unions, with more than 89,279 union members.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 to evaluate the results of the implementation of the Resolution, period 2023 - 2025.
Thereby, determining the goals, directions and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term, continuing to enhance the position and role of the Trade Union organization in the new development stage.
Up to now, the preparation for the Congress has basically completed the necessary conditions. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has developed, solicited instructions, contributions, and amendments from relevant units to supplement and complete the report to the Congress. The personnel work of the Congress ensures compliance with regulations and principles.
The Congress will take place on December 22 and 23 at the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Culture House. The Congress has 280 delegates attending. Including 200 official delegates and 80 invited delegates.
