On December 17, Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had just organized the announcement of the decision to establish the B'Lao Ward Labor Union by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation.
The B'Lao Ward Trade Union was established on November 21, 2025, under the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, with the task of managing 43 grassroots trade unions at enterprises in Loc Son Industrial Park and units and enterprises in the ward.
After its establishment, the B'Lao Ward Trade Union has a total of 4,989 union members, working and living at 43 affiliated grassroots unions.
The B'Lao Ward Trade Union has legal status, its own seal, account and is equipped with facilities and working means according to regulations. The trade union is organized and operates according to the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the regulations and instructions of the higher-level trade union.
The Executive Committee of the B'Lao Ward Trade Union consists of 12 people. Ms. Lai Thi Thanh Phuong, Deputy Chief of Office of the B'Lao Ward Party Committee, was appointed by the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Ward Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
The official formation of the B'Lao Ward Trade Union shows a new step in the development of the organization, scale and effectiveness of trade union activities at the grassroots level.
Thereby, it contributes significantly to caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; at the same time, promoting patriotic emulation movements, building B'Lao ward to increasingly develop civilization and wealth.
Accordingly, the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee will promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and innovation; perform well the function of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, focus on building a team of union officials with courage, discipline, sense of responsibility and professional working style.
From there, effectively organize patriotic emulation movements, focusing on movements: "Good worker - Creative worker", "Good at public work, good at housework", "Green, clean, beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Innovation, creativity, efficiency in the activities of trade union organizations", "Good advice, good service"...
Ward trade unions will proactively participate in building the Party and the political system at the grassroots level; closely coordinate with the government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations in implementing the task of socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, building cultural life and consolidating the great national unity bloc in the locality.
On this occasion, the B'Lao Ward Trade Union launched the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" among grassroots trade unions with the theme:
Union members and workers compete for innovation Promoting digital transformation Improving productivity and efficiency; bringing the resolutions of the Party, the Fatherland Front and the Vietnam Trade Union into life.
The emulation period aims to achieve achievements to celebrate the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union Congress, towards the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party; National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031.
At the same time, celebrate and celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026); organize the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels, term 2026 - 2031.
