On August 1, the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center said that from now until the end of 2025, the unit aims to provide job counseling and career guidance to about 16,000 - 18,000 workers.
The center also plans to provide labor market information to about 8,000 units, enterprises and workers. At the same time, it will focus on introducing jobs, supporting vocational training for unemployed workers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Mr. Le Hai Ly - Director of the Center - said: "After the merger with Phu Yen, the province's area has expanded, so the work of job consultation and introduction needs to be implemented quickly and promptly. We will strengthen solutions to support job creation, connect labor supply and demand and meet the recruitment needs of businesses".
According to Mr. Ly, the center will promote the organization of job fairs, improve the quality of consultation so that workers can choose jobs that suit their abilities.
In addition, it will guide people to submit documents online, resolve policies and insurance regimes, contributing to saving time and effort.
The center also prioritizes supporting vocational training, consulting and job introduction for unemployed workers, especially those who have lost their jobs due to businesses narrowing production scale.
"In the coming time, we will step up surveys and forecasts of labor market demand to orient appropriate training majors, linked to recruitment needs. The center will cooperate with businesses, strive to have jobs after training, moving towards forming a sustainable 'learning - practice - work' linkage chain," Mr. Ly emphasized.
