Reporting on the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, said: During the past term, the Party Committee has completed its tasks well, achieved and exceeded the set targets, including developing 64 Party members (1288%), of which 57 Party members are workers working in enterprises. Coordinate the establishment of 5 Party cells of non-state enterprises.
Every year, 100% of affiliated Party cells and 90% of Party members are evaluated and classified as having completed their tasks well or better, including 20% of Party cells and 15% of Party members completing their tasks excellently. The Party Committee has 3 years to complete the task excellently and 2 years to complete the task well.
The Party Committee commended 7 collectives and 50 individuals for completing their tasks excellently; the Provincial Party Committee commended 1 individual, the Provincial Party Committee for the Agencies and Enterprises Bloc (now the Provincial Party Committee for the Party Agencies) commended 2 collectives. There is 1 Party member who received the 30-year Party membership badge.

Leaders performing political tasks, in the past 5 years, trade unions at all levels have newly established 292 grassroots trade unions, admitted 73,987 union members, organized more than 25,000 propaganda and dissemination of legal education for more than 400,000 union members and workers;
Timely care and support for nearly 500,000 union members in difficult circumstances, serious illnesses, work-related accidents, etc., with an amount of over hundreds of billions of VND. Every year, 68% or more of grassroots trade unions complete well and 17% or more of grassroots trade unions complete tasks excellently.
The Congress agreed on 11 targets and 4 main groups of tasks and solutions to be implemented in the 2025-2030 term, including admitting at least 5 masses to the Party; striving to achieve the title of advanced labor by 100% of the Party Cell, Party Committee, mass organizations and 100% of Party members who have successfully completed their tasks or better; leading the collective of the Provincial Federation of Labor, affiliated units to complete their tasks or better, 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to achieve the title of advanced labor.
The Congress has contributed many opinions to the direction and tasks of the Party Committee in the 2025-2030 term, draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, 2025-2030. In particular, creating favorable conditions for developing the Party among the elite of the working class, with specific and appropriate instructions on Party activities for the Party branches and special Party committees in non-state enterprises.
