In 2016, with the desire to contribute to his homeland, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tho (born in 1992) applied for a job at Thach Bich Mineral Water Plant. The work that suits his strengths and expertise has helped him develop his abilities.
The most meaningful thing is that when working at a factory in his hometown, Mr. Tho found his passion and enthusiasm for work, and from there he continuously contributed. In recent years, Mr. Tho has proposed ideas and directly participated in implementing many scientific research topics and initiatives that have made practical contributions to the development of the factory.
As a young engineer, Mr. Tho always explores, learns and is passionate about scientific research, thereby having many topics and initiatives that bring high efficiency. The topics and initiatives that Mr. Tho directly participated in were: "Improving encryption for enc encrypted encryption of Krones series laser printers", helping the factory save more than 33 million VND/year; renovating mechanical parts, extraction hoses, tanks and roofs", saving more than 20 million VND/year; the topic "Improving the 5 Gallon automatic preliminary dishwashing machine", saving 52 million VND/year.
According to Mr. Tho, the factory's equipment, machinery, and production lines are imported from Europe, and there are software errors during operation, or the equipment and hardware are damaged for a long time. The waiting time for equipment import is very long, at least 3 - 4 weeks, sometimes up to 6 months, affecting the production and business activities of the factory. Therefore, the requirement is to quickly find equipment with corresponding features to promptly replace it in the shortest time, ensuring efficiency and saving investment costs.
"That is the motivation for me to always research and participate directly in scientific research projects," Mr. Tho confided.
As a member of the Executive Committee of the Factory Trade Union, assigned to be in charge of the cultural and sports movement, Mr. Tho always tries to fulfill his tasks well; actively participates in charitable social activities for community life; mobilizes workers to participate in movements such as: "Safety in production", "Increasing labor productivity", " use of blood donation", emulation "Creative labor", "Creative ideas", contributing to promoting the movement "Initiatives, improvement, rationalization of production and business" at the Factory and the Company.
With the achievements, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tho is honored to be one of 95 outstanding workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
