The report on the results of caring for union members and workers before and after the Lunar New Year 2025 presented by Vice Chairman Phan Van Anh said that trade unions at all levels have been proactive, focused resources, and selected care activities in accordance with the practical situation in the locality, unit and needs and aspirations of the majority of union members and workers.
The caring activities are organized practically and effectively, both caring for material things and spiritual things, always having innovation, creativity, going into depth, strongly oriented towards the grassroots, union members and workers of the Trade Union organization, creating a clear mark and confidence of union members and workers, being recognized and highly appreciated by departments, ministries, branches, and Party and State leaders.
The Trade Union organization always receives the attention of Party and State leaders, the coordination of departments, ministries, branches, unions at the central level, Party committees and authorities at all levels, the active companionship and support of the business community, organizations and individuals, contributing to the good implementation of social security policies, stabilizing the situation of labor relations in general, during the Lunar New Year in particular, together with the whole country entering a new era, an era of national growth.
Commenting on the Draft Report, Ms. Vu Thi Giang Huong - Head of the Propaganda and Women's Union - said that the propaganda work on Tet care activities has been well implemented, creating good public opinion in society.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An - Chairman of the Vietnam Education Trade Union - highly appreciated the propaganda work on activities to care for Tet. Mr. An also suggested that there should be an assessment of many creative ways of grassroots trade unions in the administrative sector, especially the school sector.
Also evaluating the work of taking care of Tet for union members and workers, Mr. To Xuan Thao - Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor - said that the Tet gifts of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers are highly appreciated in both content and form.
