The first and second level international training and certification program for the field of temperature control using thermal cameras was opened by Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) on the morning of September 24. The class was attended by 10 engineers from EVNHCMC.
Mr. Luan Quoc Hung - Deputy General Director of EVNHCMC - said that in recent years, EVNHCMC has always been a pioneer in training to improve the qualifications of employees, including many programs that meet international standards. Modern technology and equipment still have to go through people to get into life.
To meet future development needs, EVNHCMC has selected a unit officially authorized by the IRT Thermal Photo Academy (Canada) in Vietnam to bring an in-depth training program that meets international standards to employees.
After the course, workers will be granted a certificate of reputation based on ISO 18436-7 Standard and US ASNT SNT-TC-1A Standard. These are also the first electrical engineers in Vietnam to receive in-depth training, meeting international standards on thermal photosynthesis in the electrical industry, thereby becoming a source of lecturers to train 4,000 workers to repair and maintain the power grid of EVNHCMC.
This is an important step in improving the quality of EVNHCMC's human resources, meeting the requirements of increasingly deep international integration in the field of energy and technology, said Mr. Hung.
