The competition is organized through 2 rounds. The Preliminary Round takes place at the Competition Cluster level and the Final Round is organized by the Hanoi City Labor Federation. Each round has 3 parts: Warm-up, Understanding and Emotion. In addition, the Organizing Committee will award 5 points for the number of fans and cheering style to make the competition more explosive, enthusiastic and exciting.
The Understanding section with question packages about the Trade Union organization in general and the Hanoi Trade Union in particular, about the thousand-year-old capital Hanoi and current situations and issues were answered correctly, accurately and quickly by the teams. This shows that each member of the teams has researched and prepared carefully. If the Understanding section demonstrates knowledge, the Warm-up and Emotion sections show the feelings of union members towards the Trade Union organization, especially the Capital Trade Union through many outstanding performances that were invested in, staged elaborately and professionally...
