The conference also approved the assignment of tasks to leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation to ensure the effectiveness of trade union activities in the new term.
Specifically, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation will be in charge of comprehensively managing the activities of the provincial trade union.
Mr. Tan Minh Long is responsible to the Provincial Party Committee, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for all activities of the Provincial Labor Federation; is the account holder, asset management representative and spokesperson of the Provincial Labor Federation.
The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation also directly directs the work of: Organization - Inspection; Office - Finance; building trade union organizations; Prevention and combat of corruption and negativity;
At the same time, directly in charge of directing the operations of Dien Bien Trade Union Tourism Co., Ltd.; Dien Bien Phu Ward and Muong Thanh Ward Trade Union.
Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Chairwoman, Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation Inspection Committee was assigned to advise and assist the Chairman in resolving daily tasks of the Standing Committee.
Ms. Huong also directly directs the Policy and Law and Labor Relations block; Propaganda - Women's Affairs. In addition, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation is directly in charge of the Trade Union area of Tuan Giao commune.
Also at the conference, the Standing Committee gave opinions on the following contents: Full-term working program of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, term XIII, 2025-2030; Working regulations of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee.
