On the morning of March 31, at the Dien Bien Provincial Youth and Children's Activity Center, the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a training conference to improve digital transformation skills in trade union communication for more than 50 trade union officials.
Attending the conference were Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Do Minh Khoi - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Lao Dong Doan The Magazine.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that improving digital capacity and modern communication skills for trade union officials is an urgent requirement.
In particular, the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in propaganda will contribute to innovating the content and methods of operation, improving the spreading effectiveness of workers' movements and trade union activities in the new situation.
According to the leader of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation, the training conference is very practical, aiming to equip the team of trade union officials with basic knowledge and skills in communication. Thereby, helping trade union officials to be more proactive in information and propaganda work at the grassroots level.
At the conference, trade union officials were guided by leaders and reporters of the Labor Union Magazine on topics such as: Skills in discovering topics, writing news and articles reflecting trade union activities; Creative skills, designing modern media products; Guiding the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in brainstorming, creating and producing media products.
The training conference to improve digital transformation skills in trade union communication will last until March 31.
