The initiative to develop a GAP inspection device between Deco camera and backglass of the S25 model helps ensure product quality, reduce inspection time from 46 seconds to 3.5 seconds, reduce material scratches, and save 5,540.000.000 VND/year.
With his initiatives and contributions, he has received many Certificates of Merit and Certificates. In 2023, he was honored to receive the 4th Nguyen Duc Canh Award of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
As one of the individuals attending the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, Mr. Linh is very proud. He said that in the coming time, he will make more efforts to explore and discover in production practice to have more initiatives, satisfy his passion for creativity, and bring more benefits to the company.
Ensure that each finished product meets the most perfect quality standards
Talking to reporters, Mr. Linh shared that during the working process, he was always concerned when he saw that the rate of component defects and waiting time on the assembly line was still high, causing waste of valuable resources.
The biggest motivation that makes me determined to improve the process is the goal of improving accuracy in the inspection process, ensuring that each finished product meets the most perfect quality standards," Mr. Linh shared.
In the process of improvement, Mr. Linh faced many difficulties, from having to optimize automatic testing algorithms to the pressure to maintain production progress without interruption for even a second.
According to Mr. Linh, in a complex system like electronics manufacturing, the strength of an individual is extremely small compared to collective intelligence. “With the attention and facilitation of the trade union and the company's leadership, along with the support of colleagues, technological barriers are gradually being removed. The spirit of teamwork is the link that helps my team turn ideas into reality on the production line,” Mr. Linh shared. After the innovations and improvements, Mr. Linh is very happy because not only efficiency has increased, but the bond and trust between colleagues has also become closer than ever.
