On September 2nd, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that the online contest to learn about the Trade Union Congress Resolution is receiving positive responses from union members and workers in the area.
In just 5 days of organization, more than 4,900 contestants participated with more than 8,800 turns taking the exam. Many union members answered correctly all 10/10 questions.
According to statistics from the Organizing Committee, the grassroots Trade Union of Lam Dong Center for Disease Control is currently leading in the number of union members participating with 338 people and the number of exams reaching 584. Second place is the grassroots Trade Union of Binh Thuan General Hospital and third place is the grassroots Trade Union of Lam Dong Hospital II. All 3 leading units belong to the health sector.
The contest includes a set of 100 questions, focusing on documents, programs, and resolutions of the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress. The content also mentions guidelines and policies related to trade union organizations, rights of union members and workers, and the formation and development process of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The contest is organized online so that union members and workers can participate directly on their phones. Contestants must be union members and workers of grassroots trade unions in the Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union system.
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, the contest is a political activity to propagate and thoroughly grasp Trade Union resolutions, contributing to raising awareness and creating unity among union members and workers.
Through the number of participants and entries in the early days, the contest is creating interest among union members and workers. This is also a direct, easy-to-reach propaganda method, helping contents about resolutions, policies and workers' rights to be closer to union members.
The contest to learn about the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031 and the Resolution of the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, lasts until September 26, 2026.
Each candidate is allowed to take the exam a maximum of 5 turns. Each turn includes 10 multiple-choice questions and one supplementary question predicting the number of people who answer correctly 10/10 questions. Maximum exam time is 10 minutes.
Regarding prizes, there are individual and collective prizes. In which, the first individual prize is worth 1.5 million VND; the first collective prize is worth 2 million VND.
