The investment in the health of employees and employees is also clearly demonstrated at the company's shift meals. Currently, the value of shift meals at Hau Giang Pharmacy ranges from 27,000 - 33,000 VND/meal (excluding VAT).

According to the Can Tho City Labor Federation, the collective labor agreements signed with enterprises in the area are short-term, focusing on provisions that are beneficial to employees such as salary, bonus, allowances, shift meals, holidays - Tet... The City Labor Union is strengthening direction and supervision of the implementation of collective labor agreements, labor contracts and democratic regulations, while promoting dialogue to ensure that union members and employees enjoy more and more practical benefits.
