Recently, the Party Cell of the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones organized the admission of new party members for the elite of the masses, Bui Minh Vu, Chairman of the Trade Union of Foster Electronics Company Limited. With nearly 25 years of working as a union official, Mr. Vu has always shown an outstanding role, excellently completed assigned tasks, and constantly strived to be in the ranks of the Party.
Over the years, Foster Electronics Company Limited has always been recognized as a business that cares for its workers well. This achievement has a great contribution from Mr. Vu when coordinating with the company's leaders to organize many meaningful activities, such as building a union cultural activity point, organizing a draw, awarding year-end bonuses, rewarding outstanding workers...
As the Chairman of the Trade Union, Mr. Vu also represented more than 750 employees in the company to negotiate with leaders on policies and regimes that are beneficial to employees; organize labor conferences to listen to opinions, and build a stable and harmonious working environment.
Similarly, Ms. Trinh Thi Kim Binh, Vice President of the Trade Union of Liwaywayway Da Nang Food Industry Company Limited, has been a party member for nearly 7 years and has always been trusted by workers thanks to her high sense of responsibility in her work. As a dedicated union official, Ms. Binh regularly coordinates with the company's leaders to implement policies and regimes in accordance with regulations, organize emulation movements, labor conferences, and periodic dialogues.
To ensure labor safety, she has proposed that the company install full internal regulations, safety signs, and escape charts at visible locations, helping workers easily understand and strictly implement safety procedures, minimizing work-related accidents.
Affirming the position of trade union officials
At Thuan Phuoc Seafood and Trading Joint Stock Company, the team of union officials who are party members have made many important contributions to the development of enterprises. The company's trade union currently has 85 trade union groups with nearly 1,500 union members, of which 85 are party members.
According to Mr. Truong Van Quang, Chairman of the company's trade union, the great advantage of trade union officials who are party members is the ability to quickly update new policies and guidelines to promptly propagate to employees, helping them stabilize their spirit and comply with corporate regulations. These officials also actively contribute opinions and propose solutions to improve the operational efficiency of grassroots trade unions.
The union officials who are party members at the company always proactively develop, promulgate and supervise the implementation of policies for employees, ensuring security, order and stable production. Propaganda work is focused on, helping workers to firm their ideology and complete their tasks well.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Party Cell Secretary, Chairman of the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, to improve the quality of the trade union staff, in addition to improving operational skills, trade unions at all levels need to focus on training political capacity for trade union staff who are party members. These cadres will become the core to develop the Party among workers; effectively contribute to protecting the rights of workers and building harmonious and progressive labor relations.
In the coming time, trade unions at all levels will continue to focus on discovering, training and fostering union cadres who are party members at private enterprises and FDI enterprises to contribute to building a stronger union organization and grassroots party organization.
