On September 23, the Ha Dong District Labor Federation announced that it had successfully directed the organization of the Congress to establish the Doza Illumination Construction, Engineering and Trade Service Investment Joint Stock Company's Grassroots Union, term I, 2024 - 2029. This is a Grassroots Union established according to a new method.
Doza Illumination Construction, Engineering and Trade Service Investment Joint Stock Company is a non-state enterprise, established in 2020 with a total of 28 employees.
The Ha Dong District Labor Federation has guided and helped create conditions for propaganda on the regimes, policies and laws of the Party and State; propagated the Labor Code, Trade Union Law and the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union.
Workers are also informed about the position, role and functions of the Vietnam Trade Union.
After being propagandized and mobilized, the staff and employees of Doza Illumination Company all wished and voluntarily wrote applications to join the Vietnam Trade Union.
Mr. Ta Phi Ha - Deputy Director of the Company expressed his hope that the Trade Union will be a bridge connecting employees and employers. Thereby, contributing significantly to building a harmonious, stable and progressive relationship.
