Grasp the functions and tasks to advise correctly and accurately
On the afternoon of March 18, in Hanoi, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong - Head of Inspection Team No. 190 of the Politburo, Secretariat 2025 (Inspiture Team) - chaired a Conference to approve the draft report of the Inspection Team to the Party Committees of Central Party agencies.
Co-chairing the conference was Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies. The conference was attended by Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Le Hoai Trung - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies.

Concluding the conference, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong pointed out that although it is a new Party Committee, the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies immediately after being established have focused on arranging the apparatus in accordance with the functions and tasks prescribed by the Politburo; proactively arranging cadres with their abilities and strengths to maximize the requirements of the tasks, gradually bringing the Party Committees into disciplined, quality and effective activities.
President Luong Cuong suggested that the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies continue to thoroughly grasp, better identify responsibilities, organize more drastic and effective implementation of the 4 inspected contents. Cadres and Party members in the Party Committees of Central Party agencies must be exemplary and take the lead.
The President noted that the entire Party Committee of the Central Party agencies need to promote its strengths and focus highly to build a clean and strong Party Committee, associated with an effective and efficient organizational apparatus; properly implement the principle; create high unity in the entire Party Committee to successfully complete tasks.
Along with that, the Party Committees of Central Party agencies continue to lead and direct the promotion of good results, experiences, and practices in the new context and current conditions; grasp the functions and tasks of each Party agency, properly assess the situation, proactively coordinate closely with relevant local agencies to properly and accurately advise the Central Executive Committee, Politburo, Secretariat, and General Secretary in leading and directing the implementation of the Party's goals, tasks, directives, and resolutions; especially issues of streamlining the apparatus, digital transformation, socio-economic development, ensuring the growth target of 8%. Relevant parties do a good job of ideological work of each Party member and cadre in implementing the new tasks.
Improving the fighting strength of the Party organization, optimizing resources
At the conference, Mr. Tran Van Ron - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Inspection Team - presented the draft report on the inspection results to the Party Committees of Central Party agencies.
Delegates discussed issues that need to be focused on clarifying; accurately stating the current situation, advantages as well as difficulties and obstacles that need to be resolved for the inspected contents.
The inspection results report clearly stated that although it is a newly established Party Committee under Decision No. 242-QD/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo, the arrangement of the Party Committee's apparatus is basically streamlined, improving effectiveness and efficiency.
The work of streamlining the payroll is carried out in accordance with the roadmap, helping to reduce intermediary units, improve leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, while optimizing resources.
The Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies have directed Party committees and affiliated Party organizations to coordinate with the leaders of agencies and units to summarize Resolution 18 and Conclusion 121 on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient in conjunction with the establishment and operation of new Party Committees so that the Party Committee can urgently stabilize the organization of the apparatus, payroll, restructure the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees; decentralize and delegate reasonable authority to ensure operation according to the functions, tasks and powers of agencies and units.
