Businesses prioritize students with no experience
The demand for recruiting young workers is tending to increase, especially in areas that require specialized expertise and skills. Instead of requiring high experience, many businesses are changing their approach, choosing to recruit new graduates, and building a training roadmap from the beginning.
Ms. Le Thi Minh Tam - representative of the Center for Research and Application of Science - Psychology of Rehabilitation Education VinaHealth (Cua Nam ward, Hanoi) said that the center is implementing a recruitment campaign with a target of recruiting 20 young workers in positions such as special education, preschool education, psychology...
According to Ms. Tam, besides experienced candidates, the center will create conditions for new graduates. "Experienced candidates are an advantage, but if they do not, the center is ready to train them from the beginning when they participate in work. When you come, we will guide you completely from expertise to soft skills," Ms. Tam said.
Ms. Tam added that the income level for new graduates starts from 8 million VND/month and can increase to 15 million VND/month if they work overtime. In parallel with that, to help young workers improve their capacity and meet job requirements well, the center builds a working process with clear professional orientation.
Mr. Pham Van Ngan - representative of Brandco Law Company Limited (Dai Mo ward, Hanoi) shared that the company identifies people as the foundation, not emphasizing that candidates must be good from the beginning, but the important thing is the working attitude.

“We prioritize those who are serious, progressive, responsible and willing to learn, not afraid of difficulties, not afraid of pressure. In the current job market and recruitment situation, the company is ready to expand internship opportunities, training from the beginning and accompany young personnel in the development process. However, to take advantage of this opportunity, you need to actively absorb knowledge, respect discipline, working processes and be persistent in your work,” Mr. Ngan shared.
Mr. Pham Van Ngan said that the recruitment positions at the company all have a training roadmap from the first 1-3 months, with a 1-1 tutoring form to help new employees quickly get acquainted and meet job requirements. After this period, businesses expect employees to be able to stick with the job for a long time, determine that going to work is not only a place to try their hand but can gradually develop and create practical value.
Students take advantage of internship opportunities
Businesses increasing the recruitment of interns, ready to train from the beginning not only helps solve the personnel problem but also creates conditions for students to access the working environment early from the time they graduate.
Ms. Dao Phuong Hien (22 years old, Hanoi), a final year student at the Academy of Journalism and Propaganda, said that she plans to graduate in June 2026 and is currently working at a media company.
According to Ms. Hien, thanks to having the opportunity to work at the company early, she has accumulated experience and more clearly defined her career. "When I first started, I was quite unfamiliar because I was not familiar with the pressure of progress and the actual requirements of the job. However, thanks to the specific guidance of the brothers and sisters in the company, I gradually grasped the working process, thereby being more proactive in handling assigned tasks," Ms. Hien shared.
Ms. Phuong Hien believes that being facilitated by businesses to train and guide from the beginning is a great advantage for final year students. "If I only study theory in lecture halls, it is very difficult to imagine the actual job. When I directly participate, I understand more about career requirements and know what skills I need to add," Ms. Hien said.
