On February 23, according to the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, entering the peak production period after the Lunar New Year holiday, the demand for labor recruitment in industrial parks in the area increased sharply.

Previously, during the Lunar New Year, businesses had implemented many activities to care for workers such as Tet bonuses averaging about 1 month's salary/person, giving gifts, and organizing lucky draws. Right on the first day of returning to work, many units continued to give lucky money and encourage workers to create a production atmosphere at the beginning of the year.

At VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, An Nam Matsuoka Garment Co., Ltd. needs to recruit about 1,000 workers in positions: sewing, ironing, goods inspection, packaging - cartoning, warehouse, cutting, sewing assistant, cutting assistant, with an income of 8.5 - 11 million VND/month. Employees who do not have training experience before being arranged for work. The enterprise said that Tet bonus is at least 1.7 times the total basic salary plus allowances.

Also at VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd. recruits many workers to produce electronic components, with an income of 8 - 10 million VND/month, including housing allowances, gasoline, diligence, food support and free dormitory arrangement.

At WHA Nghe An Industrial Park, Fuwing Company is implementing a program to urgently recruit general labor from March 13 to March 31, 2026, bonuses are based on working hours and internal introduction policies, the total bonus can be up to 15 million VND. The business organizes daily interviews, and employees can receive jobs immediately after being recruited.
