The labor market in industrial parks in Phu Tho province is becoming more vibrant as many businesses announce recruitment in large numbers for many different positions. Recruitment demand is mainly concentrated in production workers, technicians, unskilled workers and some technical management positions.
At Kohsei Multipack Vietnam Co., Ltd., a 100% Japanese-invested enterprise specializing in producing industrial packaging from PP, PE materials, it is currently recruiting many positions such as sewing machine operators, spinning machine operators, weaving machine operators (circled weaving, water weaving, belt weaving), cargo checking workers, machine maintenance workers and unskilled laborers in the sewing, cutting, and packaging stages.
According to business representatives, most positions do not require experience, workers only need to ensure health and be of working age. The income of workers can be up to 11 million VND/month with flexible working hours.
In addition to salary, employees also enjoy multi-round bonuses during the year, child allowances, new recruitment bonuses, tourism and employee gratitude programs.
Meanwhile, CNCTech Thang Long, belonging to CNCTech Group, a business operating in the field of supporting industry and precision processing, is also recruiting many positions from high-tech to unskilled workers.
The positions recruited include sales staff using foreign languages, programming staff, product development staff, electromechanical engineering, plastic press adjustment techniques, mold design and assembly staff, CNC machine operation, laser machine, shaft machine, welder, paint worker and many technical and production management positions.

The expansion of production scale at factories in industrial parks has significantly increased the demand for labor recruitment, especially technical labor and direct production labor.
At the same time, Cerie International Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) - a manufacturing enterprise in the garment sector is also recruiting on a large scale to serve its production expansion plan.
The enterprise has a need to recruit about 1,000 garment workers along with many positions such as industrial sewing machine repairmen, sewing line team leaders, warehouse workers, cutting workers, boxing workers and product quality inspection staff.
According to the company's recruitment announcement, the basic salary is up to 6 million VND/month, bonuses for new workers up to 7.5 million VND, performance bonuses up to 5 million VND/month, gasoline and attendance allowances up to 1 million VND/month, job bonuses 2 times/year, monthly bonus 13, total income of employees up to 16 million VND/month.
In addition, businesses also have policies to reward employers and fully implement social insurance regimes, considering annual periodic salary increases.


Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. Banh Hai Ninh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of Phu Tho Industrial Park said that after Tet, the demand for labor recruitment at enterprises in industrial parks is high, mainly concentrated in industrial production, mechanical engineering, electronics and garment industries.
This is a positive sign for the local labor market, creating more job opportunities for workers, especially young workers and those looking for stable jobs after the Tet holiday.
