Businesses expand recruitment of workers
According to records, the average income offered by businesses ranges from 10-15 million VND/month, accompanied by many allowances, bonuses and benefits.
Notably, Meiko Thang Long Electronics Co., Ltd. recruits 50 workers in the production department, without requiring qualifications, only requiring good health and being able to work in shifts. The enterprise announced an income that can reach 13 million VND/month, along with many allowances, bonuses and shuttle buses.
Endo Vietnam Co., Ltd. recruits 30 CNC machine workers, requiring graduation from secondary school or higher, working 3 shifts, income from 10-15 million VND/month, with many welfare benefits such as tourism, teambuilding, insurance.
Meanwhile, Meiko Electronics offers a more attractive income level, from 14-15 million VND/month. In addition to the basic salary of nearly 6.9 million VND, the business also has many allowances such as attendance, travel, seniority, support for female workers, insurance contributions from the first month and buses for workers.
Not to be outdone, Asahi Intecc Hanoi Company recruits female workers with an income of 9-13 million VND/month, and also supports recruitment bonuses of up to 10 million VND. The enterprise recruits workers aged 18-35, graduating from secondary school, accepting to work in night shifts, along with many year-end bonuses and business bonuses.
In the field of technical plastic production, Enplas Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) also recruits male and female workers to work immediately. After adding basic salary and allowances, the income of workers reaches about 10-13 million VND/month.
It can be seen that, in addition to increasing income, businesses also compete with many policies such as recruitment bonuses, housing support, attendance, shuttle buses, vacation, insurance and year-end bonuses to attract workers.
Employment points are deserted, workers expect higher salaries
Contrary to the "active" recruitment information on the notice boards, the recruitment area in front of Thang Long Industrial Park is quite deserted. In the few hours of recording, reporters only saw a few workers coming to learn about job information.
One of them is Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang (23 years old, from Thanh Hoa province). Having just arrived in Hanoi for two days, she is currently renting a room with friends and is starting to look for a job after quitting her job at a company near her hometown.
Ms. Trang said that her old job often worked overtime until late at night, but her income was only about 7 million VND/month, the company was 15km from home, so gasoline costs were quite expensive, not enough to accumulate, so she decided to go to Hanoi to find new opportunities.
I hope to find a regular overtime job with an income of 13-15 million VND/month to send money back to my parents to raise my siblings to study" - she shared.
Reality shows that although businesses are simultaneously expanding recruitment, increasing income and increasing many preferential treatment regimes, attracting labor is still not easy.
