Accordingly, 3 million VND will be rewarded in the first 5 months and the remaining 2 million VND will be received after working for 24 months.
T&C Garment Company's Tet bonus policy does not discriminate between skilled and unskilled workers. The company also supports extremely attractive unit prices to attract workers.
Ms. Duong Thi Van (28 years old) - a garment worker said that when she received this information, she was quite impressed and decided to apply for the job. After a month of working and receiving her salary, Ms. Van felt quite satisfied.
“Although I am in training, I still receive an income of more than 7 million VND, equivalent to a worker with more than 6 months of experience in many other companies,” said Ms. Van.
For other branches that have been operating for a long time, the company also applies a bonus policy of 300,000 VND to 500,000 VND for new workers. The bonus of 300,000 VND applies to unskilled workers, the bonus of 500,000 VND applies to skilled workers.
Similarly, Song Hong Xuan Truong Garment Joint Stock Company (Nam Dinh) has implemented a bonus policy of up to more than 8 million VND. The policy applies to skilled workers.

Ms. Pham Thi Thu (30 years old) - a garment worker at the company said that this bonus will be divided equally over 4 months from the time she starts working. In which, the first two months usually have a higher bonus of up to more than 2 million VND/month.
According to Ms. Thu, this policy is quite beneficial for new workers and is also very practical in encouraging workers to change jobs before Tet.
“When we first started working, we were not familiar with the environment, product codes, and stages, so the salary was not high. Having an additional bonus helped ensure workers’ income. Working 2 months before Tet, I was rewarded with a month’s basic salary, so many people would be willing to leave their old place to move to a new place,” said Ms. Thu.
Sharing more, the female worker said that she will first work for 4 months to receive the full bonus of 8 million from the company. After 4 months, if she finds the working environment suitable for her situation, Ms. Thu will stay with the company long-term.
