On November 6, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the Founder of JANZZ.technology Company (Switland) on the pilot implementation of the JANZZilms integrated labor market solution project.
According to Mr. Stefan Winzenried, CEO of JANZZ.technology Company, the enterprise proposed a plan to implement a pilot project to integrate JANZZilms labor market solutions in Khanh Hoa.
In particular, the project will support Khanh Hoa in converting to operate a comprehensive, long-term and sustainable labor market system.
Through the data system, businesses will integrate and build conversion plans to achieve 3 basic goals.
That is connecting labor supply and demand; developing skills and career orientation for workers; forecasting and planning labor market policies for management agencies and creating an ecosystem connecting businesses, training facilities, and workers.
According to statistics from the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa province, the labor force aged 15 and over working in the province's economic sectors currently reaches about 1.018 million people, accounting for 53.7% of the province's population.
Each year, Khanh Hoa has about 15,000 to 20,000 people of working age; the rate of trained workers reaches over 80%; the rate of workers with degrees and certificates reaches over 32%.
The whole province currently has about 15,000 operating enterprises, employing about 200,000 workers; over 96,000 individual non-agricultural, forestry and fishery economic establishments, employing over 150,000 workers.
Appreciating the integrated labor market solution JANZZilms!, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha said that the proposal of a solution is very suitable in the current digital transformation period, using AI to serve management and socio-economic development.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee will establish a working group to have specific and in-depth exchanges with JANZZ.technology Company to study appropriate applications.
