Recently, Ninh Thuan Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company organized a conference of employees (NLĐ) in 2026 combined with periodic dialogues at the workplace.
At the conference, the company's Trade Union made recommendations on labor agreements, policies and working conditions. Business leaders answered, absorbed, created consensus, and consolidated trust for employees.
Periodic dialogue is also a method maintained by HD Hyundai-Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in the past time. The enterprise currently has more than 3,200 workers working directly at the factory. The majority of workers are male, working in a heavy environment, so grasping thoughts and aspirations through dialogue is especially focused on by the trade union and business leaders.
The company's trade union said that in addition to direct dialogue, indirect dialogue through many channels is also maintained regularly. The opinions of employees are recorded and handled promptly, helping them feel secure.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Suong - Chairwoman of the company's grassroots trade union, through periodic dialogues, many important information has been recorded from trade union groups and employees. From there, implement a quarterly reporting mechanism, organize meetings between trade unions and businesses, dialogues at trade union groups and survey the level of employee satisfaction after each period.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation informed that in the period 2023 - 2025, the state-owned enterprise sector, 17/17 units organized employee conferences and dialogues at workplaces, reaching a rate of 100%. In the non-state enterprise sector, 355/439 enterprises with 10 or more employees organized employee conferences; 424/548 enterprises conducted dialogues at workplaces.
Every year, the Provincial Labor Federation organizes dialogue conferences between the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and union members and workers. Through this activity, many problems and recommendations in labor relations are promptly removed, contributing to the development of harmonious and sustainable labor relations.
