On the morning of July 25, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation informed that Ha Tinh Environment and Urban Works Joint Stock Company had just organized a dialogue with union members and workers.
Attending the dialogue program were Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Nguyen Duc Thach - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Ha Tinh Economic Zone, along with leaders of the Company, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and a large number of union members and workers.
At the dialogue, union members and workers frankly exchanged and proposed many contents related to salaries, income, welfare regimes, working conditions, occupational safety and health, working hours, rest time as well as solutions to improve the efficiency of production and business activities of enterprises.
Company leaders directly listened, exchanged and answered the opinions and recommendations of employees in a spirit of openness and responsibility; and clarified issues under their authority, and received appropriate proposals for research and implementation in the coming time.
The program contributes to strengthening the connection between employers and employees, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation announced and awarded the decision recognizing the Chairman of the Company's grassroots Trade Union; disseminated new points of the 2024 Trade Union Law.
