The company is recruiting 50 more workers to meet the production requirements of the orders. Up to this point, the companys orders have not been affected. The factories organize production all days of the week, maintaining jobs for over 1,000 workers, said Ms. Le Thi Huong.

In An Phu ward, Thong Dung Shoes Company Limited said that the company has enough orders for more than 4,600 production workers. Currently, the human resources department is recruiting more workers. In the last months of the year, the factory organizes production until 8:00 p.m., overtime on Sundays. "At the end of 2025, orders are still quite abundant, workers are unable to finish their jobs. Currently, the company is recruiting nearly 1,000 more workers to meet production requirements," said Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien - Chairman of the company's Trade Union.

Meanwhile, located in Thuan Giao Ward, Hai My Company Limited is creating stable jobs for about more than 4,000 workers. The company has had enough orders to ensure the production plan for the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. Thanks to that, the jobs and income of workers are also guaranteed.

Workers with an income of 10-14 million VND

Thanks to abundant orders, workers are assured of production. Ms. Nguyen Thi Chao (42 years old, working at Thong Dung Shoes Company Limited) shared: "In the last months of the year, my job is quite stable, some days the company organizes production until 8pm, and on Sundays I also work overtime. Thanks to that, our income is quite stable, from 9-12 million VND per month. With this income, it basically ensures the lives of workers".

Meanwhile, Asia Furniture Technology Co., Ltd. for wood industry workers has a higher income. Mr. Dao Dinh Tho - Head of the company's Human Resources Department said that thanks to regular overtime, workers have an average income of 10-14 million VND/month. Notably, there are cases where technical workers have an income of up to 16 million VND/month. This situation is maintained until Tet, so that workers can happily celebrate a warmer Tet.

According to Mr. Danh Thanh Sang (28 years old, from Ca Mau), both husband and wife work at Asia Parts Technology Co., Ltd. The couple's total monthly income is about 24 million VND.

"In the last months of 2025, the company's orders are guaranteed to create stable jobs for workers. Thanks to that, my and my income is also quite good. This amount of money is enough for us to cover our living expenses and send back to our hometown to take care of our relatives. In addition, we also save a part to buy social housing in the future, Mr. Sang shared.

Meanwhile, Ms. Thi Chon (39 years old, from An Giang) said that her monthly income is about 10 million VND. "I hope the company can continue to maintain orders so that workers have stable jobs," Ms. Chon confided.
