On March 2nd, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vung Tau Ward (HCMC) organized a meeting with voters to mobilize the election of candidates for the 16th National Assembly (Electure Unit No. 4) and the 11th People's Council (HĐND) of HCMC (Electure Unit No. 10), term 2026-2031.
Among them, 5 people participating in the National Assembly Deputy election are: Mr. Le Khanh Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Presidential Office; Mr. Le Ngoc Son - Chairman of the Member Council of Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Political Commissar of the Ho Chi Minh City Command; Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (LĐLĐ); Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports.
The conference introduced biographies of candidates. At the same time, each candidate also presented their own action program before the conference.
Mr. Le Khanh Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Presidential Office - committed that if elected, he will always uphold the spirit of responsibility, closely associate with voters and people; strive to perform well the tasks of National Assembly Deputies... to be worthy of the trust and credibility of voters. In which, focus on key and important tasks such as: fully participating in sessions and activities of the National Assembly, actively contributing opinions to discuss important issues of the country; fully contacting voters to listen to their thoughts and aspirations, absorb opinions, and grasp issues in the socio-economic life of the locality.
At the same time, actively build, contribute opinions, and improve policies and laws; advise on the implementation of macro policies to serve the development of Ho Chi Minh City in the new context, with the role of economic locomotive of the whole country, a center of international integration and a strategic area for national defense and security.
Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - committed that if elected, she will always be close to the people, close to the people, putting the interests of the people first in all her tasks and work. At the same time, focus on fully performing the tasks of a National Assembly Deputy.

In addition, Ms. Loan will also accompany the Trade Union organization, advise the Central Government and leaders of Ho Chi Minh City to concretize policies and resolutions... to promote the advantages of Ho Chi Minh City in general and Vung Tau in particular, promote key economic sectors in tourism, logistics... ; Together with the Trade Union organization to build stable, harmonious, and progressive labor relations at businesses in the area.
Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan was born on March 7, 1980, native of Vinh Long province; currently residing in Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan was admitted to the Party on February 18, 2004, when she was a university student at the Hanoi Academy of Journalism and Propaganda. Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan has held many positions at the Binh Duong Provincial Political School; Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department; Binh Duong Provincial Labor Federation; Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation.
During her work process, Ms. Loan received many certificates of merit from the People's Committee, the Standing Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee; Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Prime Minister (2020); Labor Medal, 3rd Class (2025).
