In the period of 2024-2026, implementing the policy of integrating training for 1,600 people and the period of 2027-2030 has just organized training and ordering training for 3,200 people.

Long Thanh airport is planned to be basically completed in 2025 and put into operation in 2026.
According to the Aviation Administration of Vietnam, forecasting the needs of personnel and labor for the construction and exploitation of Long Thanh airport phase 1 for the locality is nearly 13,800 people.
