In Khanh Hoa, in recent years, the emulation movement for good labor and creative labor launched by the trade union has become an important driving force to promote production and business in many businesses in the province.
Notably, at the Trade Union of Khanh Viet Corporation (Khatoco), the trade union always accompanies businesses to encourage workers to research, improve techniques, innovate production processes, save costs and improve product quality.
From 2020 to now, the Corporation has had nearly 700 recognized initiatives. Many initiatives have been applied to production practice, bringing benefits of nearly 40 billion VND.
Currently, the average income of employees at Khatoco is about 13.5 million VND/person/month. The regimes and policies for employees are fully implemented, creating a foundation for the emulation movement to continue to spread widely.
Statistics from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation show that from 2020 to now, the whole province has had more than 16,600 topics, initiatives, and technical solutions recognized by cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers.
Mr. Bui Dang Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - said that with the emulation theme in 2026 being "Union members and workers emulate innovation - promote digital transformation - improve productivity and efficiency", trade union levels in the province will focus on bringing the emulation movement to each agency, unit and business, and employee.
In which, the focus is on promoting digital transformation, promoting technical innovation initiatives, contributing initiatives to help optimize working processes, save costs and increase labor productivity.
Focus on launching and drastically and effectively implementing the "Digital Initiative" program among union members and workers in 2026.
Improve the effectiveness of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. At the same time, promote the development of union members and build a strong trade union organization.
The emulation movement in 2026 will be implemented in two peak periods, associated with important political events of the country and the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Thereby, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere among union members and workers in the province; strongly promoting the role, responsibility, intelligence, and bravery of the working class.
Thereby, contributing to realizing the aspiration to develop Khanh Hoa into a centrally-run city in 2030.

The movement aims to encourage workers to study, improve professional qualifications, professional skills and digital skills; proactively access new technologies; actively propose initiatives, technical solutions and innovate working processes.
The set target is that by 2030, at least 65% of workers will be trained and fostered to improve their professional qualifications, professional skills and digital skills.
Each year strive to have at least 400,000 initiatives proposed and applied in practice; labor productivity at units and enterprises participating in the movement increases by at least 8.5%/year; average income of workers increases from 8 - 12%/year.
