Attending the "Union Meal" were Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor - Mr. Tran Le Duy; Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor - Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh, representatives of the Company's leadership, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee and nearly 1,600 union members of Chutex International Long An Company Limited.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor - Mr. Tran Le Duy shared: "Union Meal" is not simply a daily meal, but also an opportunity to express the concern, sharing and attachment between the Union organization and workers. This is also a very humane activity, clearly demonstrating the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
In the past, despite many difficulties and economic fluctuations, especially in the recent past when our country has implemented organizational and organizational restructuring in the political system; but workers have always strived, worked enthusiastically, maintained a spirit of discipline, responsibility and creativity. That effort has contributed significantly to the recovery and development of businesses as well as the economy of the locality and the province".
The Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledges and appreciates the support of enterprises, grassroots unions and especially the spirit of overcoming difficulties of union members and workers of Chutex Company Limited.
Mr. Duy suggested that the company's grassroots union continue to promote its role as a representative, caring for, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; continue to implement more practical activities to care for union members and workers at the enterprise, such as: union member welfare programs, activities on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo in 2026, the "Tet Sum Vay" program, ... and many other activities, so that each worker always feels the companionship and protection from the union organization.
Within the framework of the "Union Meal" event at Chutex Company, Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor presented 40 gifts to disadvantaged workers, each worth 1 million VND; The company's Trade Union also presented birthday gifts to 30/90 union members born in July and organized the admission of new union members to 21 workers, bringing the total number of union members in the unit to 1,580.
At the end of the program, the delegates and nearly 1,600 company workers used the "Union Meal" with chicken, shrimp, meat, soup, stir-fried vegetables, soft drinks, yogurt. Meals cost 72,000 VND, of which 22,000 VND is the daily meals for workers of the unit, the remaining 50,000 VND is sponsored by the company's Trade Union.
This is the first "Union Meal" at an enterprise out of a total of 8 enterprises selected by the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor to organize "Union Meal" as a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 2025); and the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025).
