The report at the Conference on Commendation of Collectives and Individuals who achieved the title of advanced model for the period 2020 - 2025 of the Vietnam Education Trade Union (VTC) showed that the emulation movement for good teaching and good learning with the content "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning" was widely deployed in educational institutions, responded to by the team of cadres, teachers, workers and students in the whole industry. Thereby, creating a positive change in awareness, promoting the creativity of teachers and students in the teaching and learning process, contributing to improving the quality of education and training.
The movement has encouraged tens of thousands of teachers and managers to innovate management methods, teaching, applying information technology, digital transformation in education, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning.
With the motto "Every hour of going to class is a step forward in teaching, every day of going to school is an innovation in work", there have been thousands of innovative and creative products in the whole industry, many products have been effectively applied in management, teaching and work.
"Teachers' groups to develop together" continue to be established from schools and educational institutions with the goal of supporting colleagues in work and life, together completing tasks well, contributing to building professional groups, departments and schools to become stronger. In the past 5 years (2020-2025), 47,892 "Teachers' groups develop together" have been operating effectively with nearly 94,000 innovative products.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An - Chairman of the Vietnam Education Trade Union - affirmed that in the period of 2020-2025, emulation movements and campaigns of the Vietnam Education Trade Union will contribute to creating the image and brand, creating sustainable development of each agency and unit; creating the quality of human resources and creating opportunities for workers to contribute, affirm personal values, improve the quality of labor as well as the quality of life.
The team of employees actively exploit and apply digital technology to their work. Currently, the digital skills of teachers and managers have been significantly improved, most of whom are proficient in using modern tools and equipment.
